Apartments Simovic - Dubrovnik

We enjoyed every moment of the stay, perfect experience. It had a marvellous setting very close to the center of the old town, old town, the port, bus station and shops and bars, and restaurants, bars and attractions. Also, it was based near everything yet far enough from the night buzzing.

Central location, the museum nearby is not too crowded. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they had all the answers to my questions! 👍

great value, would recommend. rooms were welcoming and spotless, the location was stunning! there was plenty of restaurants and bars within an easy reach. the hostess and affable staff took care of me. everything was simply perfect.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

Rooms are spotless and fairly quiet with a homemade wine from the host, we enjoyed to be here. The apartment has unbeatable and magnificent right by major attractions, restaurants and bars, the Center and the old town of Dubrovnik. Staff are helpful, know what the customer wants.

I absolutely loved the cozy and tastefully decorated apartment at Apartments Simovic Old Town. The warm colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. Being a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The rooms were spacious and easy to move around in, and there were no troublesome stairs to climb. It was such a relief to have a comfortable and senior-friendly space during my vacation.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have some handrails or additional support in the bathroom. It would have been helpful for us to have some assistance while showering and getting in and out of the tub.

The room was absolutely perfect with a homemade wine from the host, like we expected. The staff was really kind throughout the stay👌

Central Location and Historic Charm 🏰

This place is right in the heart of the city and conveniently located next to a charming historic fountain. The owner was always around and ready to help guests, which made for a great and comforting stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! the location was perfect, just steps away from the heart of the city. the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Plus, we received a lovely welcome gift of local wine and sweets.

That the shower ran out of hot water quickly, making it difficult for two people to shampoo one after the other. be prepared for lots of stairs in the old town, so carrying luggage can be a bit challenging.

Mind-blowing location near city walls, fave restaurant, and a friendly host who provided homemade brandy and hung our clothes. The apartment was the perfect size, had all the basic kitchen needs, and even a washing machine. Super recommended!

I recently stayed at Simovic Old Town for a weekend getaway and it was simply fantastic. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old town. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and great windows that kept out any noise from the street. The wifi worked perfectly and the air conditioning and hot water were excellent. The host, Sandra, made our stay even more memorable with her warm welcome and helpfulness. She even treated us to homemade sweets and a delicious homemade liquor. a 10/10 experience!

The apartment was welcoming and cozy, located in a quaint alley in the Old Town. It was large, bright, very clean, nicely appointed, and had some extra touches provided by our amazing host. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town on foot. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

I had a fabulous stay in the heart of the old town. The room was wonderfullyvery comfy and tidy, with perfect wifi. The host, Sandra, was cute and helpful, providing the best welcome I've ever received. The location was excellent, just off the main strip, making it convenient to explore the old town without climbing too many steps.

I always choose this place because it's perfect for me. The staff helped my old parents with kindness. It has Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and air conditioning. Plus, I remember no pets allowed and no smoking on site. Coming back for Easter!
